White Girl poses as "Africa Queen"

A magazine called " Numero" recently photographed a Caucasian model called Ondria Hardin.
This is the part that I don't understand why choose a white model and use her as a representative of an African Queen, the modeling market is hard enough for black girls to break into In comparison to white girls; but using a white model for a role that is obviously supposed to be for a black model is plain stupid.

The picture shows that the model was deeply bronzed and that also cost money; whereas it would have been cheaper to use a BLACK model.
