Easy step to loss weight


Hello readers, below are a few guidelines to improve your way of life, your appearance and a positive result guarantee if followed. Get a scale before you follow the guidelines and check your weight; afterwards check your weight weekly, i guarantee you will see your kilos reduce.

  1. Count your daily calories intake (1000) is the best.
  2. Avoid meat stick to fish and bird meat; they have lesser calories and are healthier than meat.
  3. Eat five servings of fruits and veggies daily. Use them as substitutes for snacks if you can, your cravings will reduce. Eat 5 times smaller portion of food in this order: Morning, mid-morning, afternoon, mid-afteroon and dinner. This method makes you fuller and your weight loss is easy and balanced.
  4. Stick to home cooked meals, ban takeouts and soda drinks like Cola, Fanta, Redbull etc.
  5. After 7.00pm, do not eat anymore, drink tea, water and eat fruits.
  6. Go to bed early; this will help you to avoid and resist any food carvings.
  7. Avoid fast foods, a  menu usually contains over 1500 calories, and people always eat extra food after taking fast foods; it is better to avoid them.
  8. Whole grains bread NO white bread. Whole grains make you feel fuller and reduces your cravings.
  9. Drink 8 cups of water daily, it helps to reduce your hunger and help your body function well.
  10. Exercise for half an hour four times a day; many people hate running, there are numerous ways to exercise such as dancing, fast walking, jogging or aerobics. Do this twice a day.
  11. Drink green tea because they help to reduce cravings and weight.
  12. Most importantly do not see this as a diet because that is exhausting; see this as a change in life style for a better health.
