Guaranteed weight loss program

Lose weight by sticking to the rules below.

If you have have tried other methods and seen no result; i hope you try this because you will see results within a month.

Learn to count calories and reduce your calories in take by 500.
* you can count your intake by reading the labels of your drinks and food before eating.
* reading and reducing of your calorie intake helps you to steadily lose weight without exercise but its better and faster to workout while you are on a diet.

Write down your daily intake of calories this helps you to maintain and control what you eat.

Eat more vegetables, grains and fruit daily.
 
Always make sure you eat salad daily.

Eat warm meal once a day; preferably eat heavy meal in the afternoon and light meal in the evening this  enables your food to digest and reduces fat storage in your body.

Make it a daily habit to always eat your dinner with vegetables on the side. example spinach, broccoli etc

Drink a lot of water. Drink eight glasses of water everyday to increase fat loss, promote healthy blood flow, enable digestion and removes toxins from your body. Water also has zero calories, which means you can drink more than 8 glasses a day.

Avoid sugar, cola, fanta or any drink with gas, white bread, reduce rice intake, meat, fries.

 Bird meat has less calories in comparison to meat such as turkey and chicken.
Avoid frying food stick to grill and steamed food.
  • After 7 PM DO NOT EAT ANYMORE; stick to drinking tea or water.

    Do 20 to 30 minutes workout twice a day, morning and evening. Aerobics, cardio and sit-ups.

    You can also work out in a fun way by dancing for 30 minutes.

    Bear in mind the journey to reduce weight is sometimes slow but be patient and have self discipline; you will achieve your goals.

    HERE IS A MENU OF MY FAVORITE SALAD

    1 Cabbage
    2 Tomatoes
    2 Avocados
    2 Handful of walnuts.
    2 Tablespoons of olive oil

    Slice all the ingredients except the walnut.

    Put all of them in a bowl  including the walnut, olive oil, 2 pinch of salts. 

    Yum yum ready to serve and eat. Its healthy and delicious.
