This make me wonder if murder is considered a crime only amongst the poor? Reeva Steenkamp family must be furious, Oscar's is obviously moving on with his life.

Joss Stones almost murdered

Two men namely Bradshaw and Liverpool were arrested by the police, they were accused of planning to rob and murder Joss Stone. They had a lot of weapons varying from swords to guns. A note was found with them which showed that they planned to decapitate her body and dispose In a river.
The motive for this reason is yet unknown. Although the accused men deny not guilty to the conspiracy to murder.

The surprising fact to the story is that Joss was not aware any attack, she was shocked and surprise to see the police on her doorstep with the news. She use to sleep with her door open and never used her alarm system.

After this news she will take better security measures.

A 19-year-old woman accidentally shot dead her brother while posing with a gun for Facebook photos on New Year's Eve.
Manuel Ortiz died instantly after being shot in the head at about 6am on Monday morning.
Family and friends wept as his body was carried from his apartment in Phoenix, Arizona, where the shooting took place.
Police said 22-year-old Ortiz and his sister Savannah Ramirez arrived back at the home they shared on New Year’s Eve after spending the night drinking.

Jay-Z, Beyonce, Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears, Donald Trump, Paris Hilton, Mel Gibson, Ashton Kutcher, Joe Biden, Robert Mueller, Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder and LAPD Chief Charlie Beck

The website is said to have posted social security numbers, mortgage amounts, credit card info, car loans, banking and other info of major celebs.

The site was not able to get a lot on Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton, but most of the others on the list have had their financial info compromised.

The case is being investigated.

Chris Brown might be charged in Ghana

Chris Brown has offended Civil society organizations and some fans in Ghana for smoking weed on the stage.

Minister of State and Member of Parliament for Wa Central Rashid Pelpuo has condemned American R&B star Chris Brown for allegedly smoking in public.
He said the act was appalling and unacceptable and Brown must be
cautioned or arrested for it.
He also stated mentioned that “It is also internationally recognized that it is part of the group of drugs that should not be taken openly by people.
“So if Chris Brown did that, without recourse to our laws, it is so disturbing.
“…He is bringing in a culture which is contrary to the culture here. I don’t know whether he is not informed about it. But if he is informed and he has done that he has contravened our laws and he has to be cautioned and or arrested.
“…At the point he did it I think the police should have gone for him and I think that is unacceptable,” Pelpuo said.
Organisers of the show Charter House have described the incident as unfortunate.
Director of Production, Nii Ayittey Hammond said the incident is a lesson well learnt and they will put clauses in future contracts with artistes to ensure Chris Brown’s behaviour is not repeated.
Rlg, financiers of the concert have also issued a statement saying it disapproves of smoking.

Ghana footballer assaulted with acid

YAW BEEKO, a 29-year-old footballer from Asante-Akyem area in the Ashanti Region, has been bathed with acid by an aggressive husband, Kwame Amoah, who accused Beeko of allegedly flirting with his wife.

Amoah, a miner, committed the act at 12:30pm on November 11, 2012 at Manso Kwabenaso in the Amansie West District, shortly after the complainant’s arrival in the community to join his teammates.

Amoah was remanded in prison custody when he appeared before a circuit court in Bekwai presided over by Daniel Kwaku Obeng on Monday.

Kwasi Amoah, also 29, was caged to re-appear on March 20, 2013 after pleading not guilty to the charge of assault and causing harm.

The miner lost his cool that afternoon and subsequently launched the deadly attack on the footballer, who had joined his teammates in his manager’s residence where the accused was a tenant.

Beeko, who lost an eye due to the incident, is still on admission at the St. Martin’s Catholic Hospital at Agroyesum where he was rushed to for treatment.

The prosecutor, Detective Sergeant Stephen Ofori, informed the court that Yaw Beeko became a victim of the unfortunate incident while he was washing his apparel shortly after his arrival in the community.

According to him, the complainant, on November 11, 2012, lodged into the residence of his team manager to await a football match between his team and another at Manso-Kwabenaso.

Upon arrival, prosecution stated, Beeko decided to wash his clothes as they were dirty due to the dusty road leading to the community.

Sergeant Ofori narrated that the accused person, who was a tenant in the house, emerged and confronted the complainant, accusing him of flirting with his (Amoah’s) wife.

Amoah, who was armed with concentrated acid in a Tampico container, immediately poured the fluid on the complainant’s face and body without verifying if the rumour was true or not.

Prosecution added that the aggressive man, apparently not satisfied with his action, chased Amoah, who was running from danger. Sergeant Ofori said it took the intervention of people around to save the victim.

The case was later reported to the police, while the victim was taken to the St. Martin’s Hospital at Agroyesum. The suspect was later arrested and charged with the offence after police investigations.

Nigerians Vandalise Nigerian Embassy in Senegal

A Nigerian man was murdered inside a taxi by some Senegalese, his body was later dropped in front of a Nigerian church called Church of Bethlehem in Senegal.

After investigation, the culprits were apprehended; the Nigerian embassy and the Senegalese police took the corpse to the mortuary in order for burial plans to commerce.

The embassy and some Nigerians in Senegal agreed to donate money to buy a coffin  pay for the burial ground etc, which they did.

On the day of the funeral March 4, 2013, they were informed on arrival at the mortuary that the corpse was MISSING and they could not give any account about the corpse; they claimed there was no corpse under their description with them.

They decided to contact their embassy; they did  not show any concern about the case and also said they did not know what happened to the corpse.

The video below shows how the Nigerians reacted to towards their embassy after reading this story; i personally feel that they reacted well because most Nigerian embassies all over the world fail to understand that are a representative, a shield, a guardian for every citizens from their country.

Nigeria has always had shortage of electricity power supply; this has led to the high use of generators. Generators need fuel to work and this is very expensive to buy and also dangerous to the environment.

The Queen has been admitted to hospital after suffering symptoms of gastroenteritis, Buckingham Palace has confirmed.

All her official engagements for the week, including a trip to Rome with Prince Philip, will be either postponed or cancelled as a precaution, the Palace added.

66 year old nigerian woman arrested in Istanbul

Another drug issue has taken place in Istanbul (Turkey) when a 66-year-old Nigerian woman was caught with over 1 kg cocaine in her wig. The police operation was recorded on cameras, and the moments were released in footage.

The 66-year-old Jose O., a Nigerian citizen was detected to be a drug courier by the police. She was monitored before being caught in a hotel in Istanbul’s Laleli neighbourhood of Fatih district. An amount of 1 kg and 40 gram cocaine was found in her wig.

Lindsay Lohan’s probation trial date set

A Los Angeles judge refused to accept her lawyer Mark Heller’s case that Lohan was unlawfully questioned by police following the 2012 car smash at a hearing yesterday and said the Liz & Dick star would still have to stand trial on March 18.

Lindsay is accused of violating the terms of her probation in her jewellery theft case by allegedly lying to police about the crash.

The 26-year-old actress told police she was not driving her Porsche which it smashed into a truck in Santa Monica in June and is accused of reckless driving, lying to authorities and obstructing the police in the aftermath of the accident.

She has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Earlier this week the troubled star rejected a deal that would have required her to spend 30 days in rehab.

The Mean Girls actress faces three months to a year in prison on each charge if she is convicted.

She is also facing a separate charge following a nightclub scuffle in November.

Hero Dog saved a three year old girl's life

A little black mongrel saved the life of a missing three-year-old girl in Poland by staying by her side and keeping her warm in freezing temperatures.

Firefighters in Poland said the dog stayed with the girl, named Julia, after she wandered off from the village of Pierzwin into marshes, sparking a 200-person strong search.

The girl went missing on Friday and was found collapsed several kilometres from her house on Saturday morning.

Firefighter Grzegorz Szymanski said the dog kept the child warm enough to survive, until crews finally found her after hearing her crying for her mother.

‘For the whole night the animal was with the girl, it never left her.

‘Remember, it was 5 degrees below zero and the child was wet.’

He said the animal was the most important factor in the girl’s survival.

Man and woman shot dead in Devizes, Wiltshire

A man and a woman have been found shot dead at a house in Devizes in Wiltshire.

Police discovered the bodies after they were called to the address at the Moonrakers estate shortly before 11am on Saturday.

The man has been named locally as former police inspector Bill Dowling, and the woman as his partner, Vicky.

Mr Dowling, a 59-year-old father of two sons, is believed to have left the force five years ago and worked for the Ministry of Defence at Tidworth, according to the Wiltshire Gazette and Herald.

The newspaper says he was a former inspector at Devizes, Marlborough and Trowbridge. It reports that he was a section commander at Marlborough for four-and-a-half years before moving to headquarters in Devizes, where he became an operations inspector in the joint 999 control room.

The 26 year old designer known as Moshood Abiola Akanbi, was found dead after police forced their way into his flat in Cedar Lodge, Exeter Road, Kilburn, around 4.45pm following concerns about his welfare.

A postmortem gave the cause of death as multiple stab wounds to the torso.

On January 4, 2013, police arrested two men aged 19 and 20 on suspicion of murder.

The following day, Achraf Jandara, 20 of Laing House, Comber Grove, Camberwell, south London, were charged with murder. The other suspect was released on bail.
The reason for this wicked act it yet unknown.
