Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands to Abdicate her thron for son

In the Netherlands, Queen Beatrix made a major announcement at 19.00pm today on a pre-recorded address broadcast. 

The queen who will be 75 on Thursday the 31st of January has finally decided to pass the throne over to her son Willem-Alexander.

The Queen states that she has been thinking about this day for several years. Queen Beatrix  has been on the throne since 1980 when her mother abdicated and now the time has finally come for her to pass the responsibility of being the monarch to her son and finally rest.

She is the sixth monarch in House of Orange-Nassau which has ruled the Netherlands since the 19th century;  This will make Willem- Alexander the 7th monarch of the House of Orange -Nassau.

Yaounde city in cameroon in chaos ritual killings

In the past two weeks police have found 18 bodies dumped along the streets. Authorities said all of the bodies had been mutilated. Officials have not said if the female victims among the 18 bodies had been raped.

On Friday, police found the corpse of a missing 17 years old girl Michele Mbala Mvogo, with four other bodies dumped outside a kindergarten school. Michele left home for school one morning and never came back home. Fighting back tears, Deborah Ngoh Tonye described what was left of her sister's gruesome corpse. Someone had removed Michele's genitals, tongue, eyes, hair, and breasts.

Michele's bizarre murder is believed to be part of a wave of killings linked to occult rituals that has triggered panic in Yaounde, the capital city of more than 2 million people in the West African nation of Cameroon

Snoop Lion gets support from Bob Marley's son

Since last year Snoop dog has transformed to Snoop Lion; he is has embraced Reggae and said he has always felt like a Rastafarian. Due to this change he has received negative comment from some people saying he is using his new transformation to promote his music.

Bunny Wailer (an original member of Bob Marley and the Wailers) also backlash him over his transformation into Snoop Lion and embracing the Rastafari culture. 

Finally  Snoop Dogg receives support from a family member of the late Bob Marley, his son Rohan.

According to TMZ.com, Rohan says that Bunny has it wrong about the hip-hop legend, saying "Our father's name should not even be mentioned in this issue because like a true Rasta, he would have embraced Snoop's reincarnation and welcomed the positivity."

He continues, "Why condemn a man for his love of Rastafari and Bob Marley? We have been cool with Snoop before his transformation and he will continue to have our blessings and support."

Bunny and a group called the Rastafari Millennium Council recently went after Snoop, claiming he's Rasta transformation is a sham. They feel the rapper is using the culture to sell copies of his upcoming reggae album and documentary, Reincarnated.

"[His conversion is] outright fraudulent use of [the] Rastafari Community's personalities and symbolism," Bunny said. "[Snoop has failed to meet the] contractual, moral and verbal commitments [of the Rastafarian religion].

NBC Bans Psquare’s, Wande Coal’s, Timaya’s And 5 Other Videos

The Nigerian Broadcast Commission (NBC) has placed a NTBB ban on a new set of music videos.

In a release by the NBC, the videos classified as ‘not to be broadcast in whole or in part’, were banned for different reasons.  

Psquare’s publicist, Bayo Adetu said, ‘We also just saw the story online this morning and we do not think that the NBC’s ban is justifiable’. He also added that the ban would not make any difference since the video has already gone worldwide and is definitely loved by the fans.

The videos are expected to be taken off every local television stations only. NBC does not regulate what airs on cable channels like MTV Base, Soundcity, Trace and Channel O, as well as internet platforms like Youtube and Vimeo which is a plus for other viewers; although i personally do not get what the big deal is technology make it easier for people to access videos via mobile phones, internet etc and sexy moves, hot guys and girls in a video with a awesome dance move makes a video nice to the audience.

NBC please take it easy.

 Nigerian Rapper Don saint who is the second Nigerian rapper to obtain a masters degree has written a book called "Emancipation of Masturbation" this book is against masturbation for men. It contains information about the disadvantages, the long term effect etc. A Nigerian rapper with a Masters degree; it is no surprise that he wrote a book.

The Nigerian Rapper/Writer; Don Saint says:

“80 % of the youths from age bracket of 10- 45 do masturbate and this they see as normal. But when I did my research I found out that Masturbation is very dangerous to our health,especially to boys as they grow into Men. So I took up the course to let the people know about the harmful effects of masturbation and how one can be free from the addiction.”

 

He also added:

“Once you finish reading the book, you will never go back to the act again, unless you want to destroy your life and future. The book analyses the term Masturbation, the causes, the harmful effects and how one can be free from Masturbation addiction.

18 bodies recovered from Ezu river in the Eastern part of Nigeria

Tragedy in the Eastern part of Nigeria: 18 bodies found

18 dead bodies were found in the Ezu river which is located in Akwa; a border between Enugu and Anambra state in the eastern part of Nigeria. All dead bodies were male and there were no gun or any form of violence on their bodies, which makes their death a mystery.

Anambra state police commissioner Mr Bala Nassarawa stated that an autopsy will be performed to find the cause of death and further investigation are already in progress.

This is really shocking to me and i wonder what could have been the cause of their death. Did they die simultaneously? or is there a serial killer in Anambra. Its seem really odd.

56 years British lady sentenced to death for drug smuggling in Indonesia

Death sentence for Mrs Linsday Sandiford

56 years old Lindsay Sandiford who was incarcerated May last year at Bali airport Indonesia after leaving Thailand, Indonesia after the customs found 5 kilos of cocaine with the street value worth 1. 6 million pounds.

Today Mrs Sandiford has been given a death sentence for drug trafficking. This was a shock to Britain although they are  going to try everything possible to see a change in the sentence. 

In Lindsay's  statement, she claimed to have been forced to smuggle drugs because the lives of her children was in danger; she also apologized to the Indonesian people for her involvement in such an act. 

I hope that God help her through this trial period.

In the recent times lots of women have demanded for weave; although initially BLACK women were known for their use of weave extensions. Nowadays all women from Caucasian to Black women use weave to either put volume in their hair or change their look.

Lets start with different hair styles

Dust particles, make-up and other elements make our face dirty during the day; this why the following tips are useful and necessary for our everyday use before going to bed.

• Step 1: Its is very important to wash your face with mild soap or with baby soap; afterwards use any scrub of your choice but i advice you use one product and avoid the use of different products.
• Step 2 : this is my personal tip and it has worked fine for me i advice you try it. Mix 1 spoon of honey and any liquid soap together in a thick form before applying it to your face. Leave it on for 3 mins before washing it off.  You will feel the cleanliness of immediately, this helps to reduce the oil on your face. I am sure you will thanks me afterwards.
• Step 3: Use face cream to moisturize and keep your glow. I personally advice using anti age facial cream; you do not have to be old before use anti age facial cream. It is better to start now and revitalize your glow.

This tip is for both man and woman remember the face is like your personal CV better to keep it healthy, fresh and keep the glow.
